'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Season 6, Latest News, Updates, Spoilers: Teresa Giudice wants Out!
Bad news! "RHONJ" star Teresa Giudice wants a divorce. This decision was made after another misfortune befell Joe Giudice. Giudice will have to face an additional 18-months jail term for unlawful use of ID and Impersonation. Aside from jail term, Giudice will also have to cough up 10,000 dollars for fine. County Judge Adams Jacobs of Passaic County Courthouse in Paterson New Jersey gave the decision.
It was found out that Giudice used his brother's birth and marriage certificate to obtain a drivers' license. His own license got suspended due to a drunk-driving incident in 2010. According to CBSLocal, Upon conviction Impersonation charges bears a maximum sentence of 18 months while unlawful use of ID packs a 10 year sentence maximum.
Originally, Giudice is set to serve 41-months jail term for bogus construction loans and mortgage amounting to 5 million dollars. He also failed to pay his taxes amounting to 200,000 dollars. His wife, Teresa, will also serve 15 months in jail for the same charges. With four kids to take care of, the couple will serve their jail time on an alternate basis. Teresa will start serving her sentence on January 5 and after 15 months; Joe will start serving his 41-months sentence.
But the bad news doesn't end there; as according to NYDaily, Joe might also be deported back to Italy after he serves his sentence. The real name of Joe is 'Giuseppe' and he is not an American citizen even if he was born in New Jersey. Meanwhile, in an interview Attorney Miles Feinstein reiterated that the Giudice couple is not divorcing, stating that divorce allegations spreading around is'100 percent' untrue. But according to the latest news Teresa is talking to her divorce lawyer.
And what's up with the drama in "Real Housewives of New Jersey"?
Here are some juicy info:
Dina (Manzo) and the other housewives are still upset with Teresa (Giudice) spreading the grapevine that Rino slept with his mother-in-law.
Melissa (Gorga) made a big blunder by letting the other housewives know that she was the only one invited to a dinner party by Teresa (Aprea).
To celebrate her being cancer free, Amber (Marchese) used her 'birthday suit' in a photo shoot. The photos were all displayed during a dinner date with Jim.
Nicole (Napolitano) worries that Jacqueline might turn into a drama queen.
The season finale is coming up pretty soon, but for sure more 'drama' will be seen in the "Real Housewives of New Jersey"; the question is where.
