After its release last year, PS4 gave Sony one of its most marvelous successes. It hit a large sale until now that people continuously buying the console. However, there is still a big consideration as to when it will be released.
As opposed to the excitement gamers are experiencing right now, there is no official news yet coming from Sony or any official authority with regard to the release of the PS4 Slim gaming console. More to that, no hint is present in the Sony website.
Meanwhile, a general speculation coming from fans is that this year's E3 event would launch PS4. Other umors have however reported that the release date for PS4 Slim could be somewhere in the beginning of 2016. Such speculations would boost the hype among gamers.
A member of a Sony community forum, user Alphatum said, "I'm going to wait till E3 to decide. Sony's plans or aspirations may look good on paper but until I see the reality behind it I'll decide whether or not to get one at launch. I've purchased all their previous consoles at launch, but with the PS3 the first year was rather slow and i should of held out for at least a year before buying one."
Gaming experts believe that Sony is making an effort into crafting the new gaming console for PS4 and should release it in 2016. The issue of overheating is prominent and snowed under PS2 and PS3, so the new PS4 Slim should be able to resolve that. More than that, Sony should make further effort to overcome such problems that PS2 and PS3 currently have. A gaming console with minimal issues would greatly satisfy users.
Most release dates and events pertaining to the PS4 Slim are currently based in rumors. To date, it is still cloudy as to whether PS4 comes into reality or it is merely hype.
