New Faces for Friday: Meet Cherome White

Cherome White - Simply Cherome
Cherome White first stepped on stage at the age of 3, singing in the her church's Sunshine Band. As she got older, she continued to sing in the choir, eventually becoming a choir leader and director. Now she takes her music a step farther with her first release.
Inspired by the greats like the Clark Sisters and Evangelist Mother Rubenstein McClure Cherome, White is a singer who successfully combines praise and worship, contemporary gospel and traditional gospel sounds with would to deliver a unique sound that soothes while it inspires.
Her first album, a 4-song EP titled Simply Cherome, released through Tate Music in early November 2013, features beloved hymns that will touch your spirit while taking you to church.
Cherome says that God is the true source of her music and abilities and she gives Him all the glory and credit.
