It's raining gadgets these days with so many lined up for release. First there was Sony Xperia Z series, then Apple iPhones, and now iPod 6. Of course, these gadgets cater to completely different market segments but still it is important to keep an eye on what impresses more than the other.
Apple has definitely offered a lot with iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, and now users want to know what more they can offer with iPod Touch 6. Developers refrained from launching this device with iPhones as they needed some more time to ensure that new iPod is better than ever.
It is rumored to be a complete entertainment system with much bigger screen size for teenagers who carry iPod everywhere. From music to videos and games, it will offer a lot more than the predecessors. This will be a new era for iPod actually.
iPod Touch 6th Generation is actually releasing very soon in less than a month. Experts say that Apple will launch it in October in an iPad event. Many new devices are expected on the date. Apple has decided to keep the same colors for iPod 6, i.e., Space Gray, Silver, Pink, Yellow, Blue, and Red, which have been quite popular with iPod 6.
Talking of the price, the new iPod will be a little more expensive. The 16 GB version will probably come at $249, and 64 GB at $299. However, there are no details on price for 128 GB version, but there will certainly be a lot of space for media files.
