Hotel Transylvania 2 Movie Release Date, Reveals, News and Rumors and Plot: Flick is set to be in Theatres on September 25th 2015

Going by the amount of money that Hotel Transylvania one made it would be a really bad idea not to come up with a sequel. To date the movie has made Columbia Pictures 358.4 million dollars which is quite the chunk of change considering they used just 85 million dollars to put it all together. In October 2021 Gendy Tartakovsky announced that they were considering doing a sequel and in November 2012 work on it was confirmed. Hotel Transylvania 2 is set to be in theatres on September 25^th 2015. Apart from making all that money the movie was nominated for an impressive 11 awards with the Kid's Choice Award for Favorite Voice from an Animated Movie going to Adam Sandler.

Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation have managed to remain tight lipped about the plot for the movie leaving us all guessing as to what to expect. What we do know is that Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez and David Spade are already working on the movie so we know our beloved Dracula shall be making a come-back alongside his daughter and his best friend the invisible man. What other favorites there will be is still unknown at this point. Another thing that we are all itching to see is the time difference in the movie. Is Dracula's beloved Mavis ready to finally leave the nest and go and start a family of her own? Is Dracula ready to let his daughter go? What new challenge could the hotel possibly face considering their greatest fear, humans, has been proven to be not so horrible?

Gendy Tartakovsky creator of Dexter's lab and Samurai Jack is staying with his baby in the capacity of director. Robert Smigel who wrote the first installment is also staying on the team and this time shall be writing the screenplay alongside Adam Sandler. Sony and Colombia were also not willing to sell the goose that lays the golden eggs and stayed on as well.
