Thor 3: Rumored Plot and Ending
Thor 3: Rumored Plot and Ending
With the release date of "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron" at hand and considering the amount of success the 2 Thor movies before, speculations are now growing that there would be a third installment to the Thor franchise. Fans would certainly be elated if this is true.
Reports claim that Marvel Studios are now seriously looking into making the rumors of a "Thor" 3 come true.
Although no official word is coming from Marvel Studios, people are trying to guess as to how the story would pan out. In fact there are already numerous talks about the plot and how the story would end. Probably the most common and the most logical plot would be one that is based on the comic books about the Ragnarok or the end of days.
In this series, Loki allied himself with god of Fire Sutur. They then conspired and attacked Asgard. In the ensuing battle, Thor would break his hammer Mjolnir, but he would eventually rip off Loki's head. If this is how Marvel Studios would go, it would be the last time we would see Tom Hiddleston as Loki.
Most Marvel comic book readers always view the Ragnarok to be a very dark one but, if Thor 3 would be the last movie in the franchise, this would be the perfect series for inspiration. That is because in the books, Thor broke the Mjolnir but managed to stop Ragnarok. However, he also mortally wounded himself in the process.
During an interview, Chris Hemsworth was asked about what he thinks the future of Thor holds. He referred to this very same series as the way he wants Thor to go.
