'Insurgent' news latest update is that the movie will be release in March 2015 as per the sources. However, fans can see the trailers in November this year. The movie is a highly anticipated sequel to the Divergent trilogy. The very popular young adult novel Divergent Trilogy is originally written by Veronica Roth and Insurgent is the title of second book in the series. The movie 'Divergent' was premiered in March 2014. The third book is titled as 'Allegiant".
'Insurgent' is an science fiction action film based on the novel 'Insurgent' directed by Robert Schwentke. The cast includes Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Jai CourtneyAnsel Elgort, Naomi Watts, Ray Stevenson, Zoë Kravitz, Daniel Dae Kim, Mekhi Phifer, Octavia Spencer, Miles Teller, Maggie Q and Kate Winslet. The movie is been shot in Atlanta, Georgia since May 27, 2014. The movie plot continues with Tris Prior with the events that happened in the previous installment.
'Insurgent' release date is expected to be March 20, 2015. The film will be distributed by Summit Entertainment and Lionsgate.
