Taken 3 Release Date and Rumors: Apparently, No One Is Going To Be Taken
According to sources, 20th Century Fox has made "an official announcement" regarding the third part of the hit movie Taken. According to the report, the Taken 3 release date will be on the 9th of January, 2015.
There were also Taken 3 rumors saying that the third sequel is already being filmed. Original Taken 3 cast Liam Neeson, who plays the role of Bryan Mills in the movie, will still take on the lead role. Maggie Grace, who played Kim Mills, and Famke Janssen, who played Lenore Mills, will also be seen in their original roles on the third part of the movie.
According ManlyMovie, the filming and production of the movie was taken place in Los Angeles, California. "Filming is under way for Taken 3, with Liam Neeson starring once again. The film is shooting right now in Los Angeles, where the entire movie will take place. They are filming at the former Newton High School and the Newton College and Career Academy until the end of April".
Sources reveals that the crew of Taken 3 has been seen in Covington, Georgia, filming some shots.
There's something funny and weird about the Taken 3 update though: apparently, despite the movie being titled "Taken", no one is going to be taken this time.
Luc Besson, the movie's director and writer, were asked in an interview regarding this. He said that, "The third film is another story that has nothing to do with him and his family. No one is taken. The dog is not taken. It's another story with the same characters. It's different, but it's very good. It's probably the best of the three for me, in terms of the script."
