Ted 2 Movie Release Date: Amanda Seyfried Cast For A New Role, Set for June 2015

Ted 2: Amanda Seyfried Cast For A New Role, Set for June 2015
The R-rated comedy that starred Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis with an adorable badmouth, alcoholic and womanizing teddy bear named Ted voiced by Seth MacFarlane was a surprise hit when it was released in June 2012. The movie grossed more than $218 million for the domestic box office and a reported total of $549.3 million in worldwide box office.
And now, Ted 2 is finally in the works according to director, writer and the voice of Ted Seth MacFarlane. However, Mila Kunis fans won't be seeing the actress in the same role as Lori Collins, the love interest of John Bennett that was played by Mark Wahlberg.
According to MacFarlane, she will still be seen in the movie but for a minor role. As to what reasons MacFarlane have for the change, he says it's purely for creative reasons and that there's no feud or negative association with him and Kunis. Meanwhile, Kunis continues to voice the character of Meg on popular animated series, Family Guy.
Les Miserables and Lovelace star Amanda Seyfried will be a new addition to the film but not an exact replacement of Mila Kunis' character Lori. MacFarlane has yet to reveal more about Seyfried's possible character and what her presence would mean to the bestfriends John Bennett and Ted.
Jessica Barth will also be back for the sequel as Tami-Lynn, Ted's supermarket co-employee and girlfriend.
In other news, Seth MacFarlane is being accused of stealing the Ted idea from Acting School Academy where the original screenplay came from called Charlie: The Abusive Teddy Bear, with a spin-off series on YouTube in 2009. Will this affect the release of Ted 2 next year?
