Tekken 7 PS4, Xbox One, PC Release Date: Fans Told To Expect A PC Version Of Tekken 7 But To Wait A While Longer For The Release Date
This might be the 20th anniversary of the 'Tekken' games but there is no good news for the fans. The fans will have to wait for a while longer as the 'Tekken 7' will not be released any time soon. As a matter of fact, Bandai Namco Games has declared that they will launch the game for playstation 4, Xbox one and PC sometime at the end of 2015.
'Tekken 7' will be developed using Unreal Engines 4 of Epic games. The last installment of the Tekken franchise was released in 2007 and Bandai Namco Games have said that they are really excited to be working on the Epic Game for Tekken 7. The executive producer and game director of the Tekken series, Katsuhiro Harada said, "The power and flexibility means that we can focus our efforts on making Tekken 7 the best possible game without worrying about spending time creating a stand-alone graphic engine."
The Tekken fans are quite excited to learn about the future of their favorite characters in the game. With the fans excitement in mind, Harada said that Tekken 7 will give a comprehensive backstory and will give an exciting conclusion to the Mishima family saga. He also disclosed that the new game will have more one-to-one fights as compared to the earlier installments. He added, "We're still formulating the basic gameplay systems and polishing them."
The Japan studio head, Tala Kawasaki has meanwhile discussed the excitement of the upcoming 'Tekken 7'. He said that the partnership between Epic Games and Bandai Namco games is a perfect one. He said that there will be good results out of the partnership. He also personally confirmed that the new game will have a PC version release. He was engaged in an interview and said that the 'Tekken 7'games will come with greatly improved visuals which will be done for PS4, Xbox One and PC. He even said that the PC version was the lead platform during the development.
The Tekken game is about the story of the king of the Iron Fist Tournament which is hosted by the Mishima Zaibatsu Corporation. Those who win the tournament take control of the game and move on to the next round of the game. We can only wait as this awesome game is developed and hope that at the end of it the long wait will pay off.
