Seph Schlueter Announces Debut Album "Counting My Blessings," Out July 11

Building off the massive success of the certified Gold international hit song "Counting My Blessings," breakout worship leader and singer/songwriter Seph Schlueter has announced his debut album of the same name, which will release July 11 with Provident Entertainment. In support of the news break, Schlueter unveiled the third single from the album, "Won't Start Now," available now on all streaming platforms.
"This entire project is an invitation," says Schlueter. "It's for anyone who's ever doubted if they're loved, if they're seen. It's a reminder that there is a Father who loves you, a Son who died for you, and a Spirit who wants to dwell within you. That truth has changed my life, and I hope these songs help others experience that too."
Schlueter burst onto the scene in summer 2023 with the release of his first single, "Counting My Blessings," a track that quickly became a global phenomenon. The song skyrocketed in Brazil before taking U.S. audiences by storm, eventually spending multiple weeks at #1 on Christian radio. It continues to average over 1 million audio streams weekly and was recently certified Gold. On social media, the song sparked over 9 million creations on TikTok and Instagram combined, generating more than 1.2 billion views, and was even used by celebrities like Hugh Jackman and Gal Gadot. The hit earned Schlueter the "Breakout Song of the Year" title at the 2024 K-LOVE Fan Awards, a Billboard Music Award nomination, and a Dove nomination for Pop Contemporary Song of the Year. He was also voted "Breakout Artist of the Year" by Christian Music Broadcasters in 2024 and received a Dove Award nomination for New Artist of the Year.
His sophomore single, "Running Back To You," continued that momentum, achieving a multi-week #1 run at radio and further cementing his place as one of the fastest-rising new artists in Christian music.
With Counting My Blessings, Schlueter delivers a powerful debut album that not only showcases his vocal and songwriting talent but, more importantly, his heart for ministry. The songs reflect a deep desire to offer hope, healing, and truth in every lyric, making this album one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
