Steven Curtis Chapman To Celebrate 25th Anniversary of "Speechless" with Tour

Steven Curtis Chapman, the most awarded artist in Christian music history, is set to celebrate 25 years of his iconic album Speechless with a twelve-date US tour this fall. Tickets to the SPEECHLESS '25 tour will go on sale at StevenCurtisChapman.com or TPRlive.co on May 16th. Sign up now for the exclusive pre-sale HERE to get your tickets first on May 14th.
The album Speechless featured seven No. 1 hits on the radio, the most on any one record in Chapman's catalog.
"After all of the touring I've done through the years, it's hard to imagine there's something I haven't ever done. But it turns out I've never done a tour where I play every song from a certain album," shares Steven Curtis Chapman. "Speechless is an album that seemed to connect with a lot of folks, and I am excited to play all the songs from that album from front to back, and of course, add in a few other familiar favorites as well. I'm also bringing some other incredible musicians along with me to help me breathe new life into these songs! So here's your 'Invitation', I hope you'll come with 'Great Expectations' as we 'Dive In,' and see the 'Fingerprints of God' - ok, you get the point!"
As Chapman's ninth career album, Speechless was certified RIAA Platinum and won the 2000 GRAMMY Award for Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album and the GMA Dove Awards for Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year, Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year (for "Dive"), Artist of the Year, and Male Vocalist of the Year. With these achievements, this album is considered one of his greatest works and one of the most successful Christian albums of all time.
"We have loved watching Steven Curtis Chapman's career over the years and the impact he has had by spreading the gospel through his music! The "Speechless" album is a huge highlight of his career, and it will be incredible to celebrate the 25th anniversary of this album and hear those hits live in concert once again," shares Robyn Klass, VP of Marketing at TPR.
