Youth For Christ Offers a New 10-Day Easter Devotional

This Easter season, Youth For Christ (YFC, www.yfc.net) is offering "Journey to the Edges," a 10-day Easter devotional that invites each of us to take a fresh look at the Easter story - one that goes beyond familiar narratives and takes readers to The Edges of God's story for humanity.
The devotional perfectly combines the mission and message of YFC, which for 80 years has reached young people with God's love by walking alongside teens through pivotal moments in their lives. This mission compels YFC to seek out those on the fringe of society who are often overlooked and underserved.
"As we celebrate Easter, we hope you remember that Jesus came for those who are on the edges, often overlooked and left out," said Jake Bland, YFC President and CEO. "His love is for everyone, and He calls us to share that love with others. Through 3Story®, we live out God's story, share our own, and invite others into God's story of hope, life, and new beginnings that Jesus offers. No matter where you are or what you've been through, you are never beyond God's reach. Jesus brings hope, life, and transformation for all who want to receive it."
The devotional utilizes YFC's 3Story®, a comprehensive, holistic approach to ministry. The model uses three circles to represent three key stories: God's Story, my own story and a student's story. When the circles overlap, it means friendship is growing, trust is building and transformation is happening.
Each day, the devotional explores a theme that is universal, powerful and life-changing, including, "The Invitation to Hope," "The Power of Forgiveness" and "The Resurrection: The Hope of a New Beginning."
