Bethel Music's Emmy Rose Drops Live Version of "Tend"

Bethel Music's Emmy Rose announces the release of the live version of her powerful single, "TEND," along with its live music video, now available across all streaming platforms. This stirring track invites listeners into a place of surrender and intimate connection with the Father, inspired by the words of Jesus in John 15: "I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener." Listen to the song here and watch the video here.
"TEND (LIVE)" beautifully captures the essence of God's loving care and the tender process of spiritual growth. Through the metaphor of a gardener, the song speaks to the Father's role in cultivating our hearts, leading us into deeper dependence on Jesus and a more profound relationship with Him. With its heartfelt and emotive lyrics, the song serves as a reminder of the grace and care with which God leads us into transformation.
Says Emmy Rose, "It has been a couple years since we released 'Tend.' What started as a personal prayer of my heart and a simple devotional song written with close friends, has come to take on a life of its own. It has touched and encouraged me to hear how this song has resonated with others." She adds, "As 'Tend' has sort of 'bloomed' over the years, we wanted to do it live in a new way. This reimagined version takes us on a fresh journey of surrender and letting God grow us in the way He desires. I pray it's a blessing to individuals and the church in their walk with Jesus."
Emmy Rose is best known for her features on Bethel Music's "SIMPLE" (2022) leading "Tend," "HOMECOMING" (2021) leading "Standing In Miracles," "VICTORY" (2019) leading "Promises Never Fail," and "COME UP HERE" (2023) leading "Inheritance." She most recently appears on "WE MUST RESPOND" (2025) leading "He's The One," and has immersed herself in all aspects of worship within the church, including songwriting and leading worship for Bethel Church services.
