John Schneider to Serve as Grand Marshal for Opening Night at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway

Actor, filmmaker and musician John Schneider will serve as the Grand Marshal for Opening Night of the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Sunday, April 7. Celebrating 120 years of auto racing, opening night will feature Pro Late Models (120 laps), Limited Late Models, Pure Stocks, Crown Vics, US Air Force Legends and Bandoleros.
The Dukes of Hazzard star will tell the drivers to "start your engines" and throw the green flag to start the race. And in addition to his Grand Marshal duties, Schneider will celebrate his birthday with fans at an exclusive post-race event. Proceeds from tickets for the John Schneider Birthday Bash will benefit the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway Kid's Club.
Tickets for the Seasoner Opener and the John Schneider Birthday Bash are available online, by phone, or at the Speedway Box Office. Go to https://nashvillefairgroundsspeedway.racing/ or call 615-254-1986.
