The Talleys Close Live Music Series with "Hallelujah Praise The Lamb"

In a fitting end to their two groundbreaking series of live performance singles, Southern Gospel favorites, The Talleys, offer a spirited revelation of the essence of Christian faith in "Hallelujah Praise The Lamb."
Contrasting a dramatic, musically sophisticated account of Jesus' sacrifice with a powerfully simple - and singable - chorus, the song had long been a central element of their concerts before the trio retired from touring in 2020 and Lauren Talley immersed herself in a full-time solo career. Not surprisingly, the performance focuses on Lauren's expressive voice, backed by an expansive instrumental arrangement and supportive harmonies from Roger and Debra Talley.
Says Roger, "'Hallelujah Praise The Lamb' was recorded by the original Talleys and immediately became our most popular song and our concert closer for many years. We sang it at Radio City Music Hall with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and countless TV and special appearances. It is still today the most powerful song we've ever performed. There isn't a more fitting song to close this series of special performances than 'Hallelujah Praise The Lamb.'"
