Taylor Pride's Much Anticipated EP "Joy Comes in the Morning" Arrives

Singer and songwriter Taylor Pride drops his much anticipated new EP Joy Comes in the Morning. This collection of heartfelt songs point our attention to God and His constant love.
Pride writes, "Many of these songs were written with friends who, like me, simply want to see Jesus lifted higher. For example, the lead single--`Joy Comes In The Morning'--was written with Stephen McWhirter and Alisha Quinonez during a worship songwriters' retreat hosted by Lula Street Records. Inspired by Psalm 30:5, this song recognizes that `weeping may last for the night, but joy comes in the morning.' The gospel-infused elements and the uplifting message serve as a powerful reminder: even in the darkest nights and in our weakest moments, He will renew our strength.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Pride began his musical journey at a young age, where his mother taught him how to play piano. During his high school years, Pride started writing heartfelt songs and leading praise and worship at his local church. Once he graduated, he moved to Chicago to attend Wheaton College, where he sang alongside artists such as: Todd Dulaney and the Harlem Gospel Choir.
Nowadays, he writes worship songs that encourage us to shift our gaze from our present problems and onto timeless truths. So wherever you find yourself in this journey, consider this your invitation: to stop, and to listen. As you do so, let these songs direct your eyes to Him, nudging you towards His love-little by little, day by day.
