REVERE Releases "The Name of the Lord" Led by LEELAND, Mitch Wong, and May Angeles

REVERE introduces their last single, "The Name of the Lord," before the awaited release of their new live album. "The Name of the Lord" is led by LEELAND, Mitch Wong, and May Angeles. Centring on the majesty of the mystery of Christ, this song is the backbone on which the upcoming album was founded.
Written by Addison Bevere, Dwan Hill, and Mitch Wong, the new song is a declaration of God's holiness and its call to surrender. It encapsulates REVERE's mission to write songs for the Church that take our eyes off ourselves and back on Christ.
REVERE is a growing movement focusing on restoring the humble and honoring nature of worship. A generation ago, Christianity went through a massive shift. The formality of corporate worship gave way to intimacy, and we were forever changed. The ongoing work of the Spirit released us into a spiritual intensity, but our ultimate longing has always been a weighty encounter in the presence of God that is less about our contribution and more about our surrender. REVERE is a musical journey from intimacy to intensity into the fear of the Lord, where we fall down and cry out: "Holy, holy, holy are You, Lord Almighty."
