Jimi Cravity Drops New Single "Waters"

Dove nominated and critically acclaimed producer/singer/songwriter Jimi Cravity has dropped his second single "Waters", giving fans a taste of what to expect off of his upcoming album The Last Amen, set to release on May 26. This will be his debut album off his own imprint The Outlier Agency.
"Waters" was written by Cravity and Paul Duncan who has penned Lauren Daigle's hits "Light of the World", "Still Rolling Stones", and "Hold On To Me". The inspirational track highlights the power of the Christian sacrament of baptism. It was created to be a soundtrack for the experiece.
"As a songwriter I wanted to make a song that highlighted my faith experience," explains Cravity. "Having been baptized as a teenager, the song showcases the historical nature and mystery of baptism, and calls out the cleansing and healing waters of Christ."
Cravity is a multi-faceted artist, songwriter and producer who has been a part of Billboard chart-topping singles and albums since his inception in the music industry. His contributions to music have garnered him a Gold RIAA certification with Tasha Cobbs-Leonard's "You Know My Name featuring Jimi Cravity", a song that dominated the Billboard Gospel Streaming Chart at #1 100+ weeks and he was also a composer on RIAA PLATINUM R&B single "Dead Man Walking" by Brent Faiyaz. He's collaborated with a number of artists including Faith City Music, Tim Bowman Jr, Michelle Williams, Alien Ant Farm, Ludacris, Usher, Passion, Tedashii, Brent Faiyaz, Jac Ross, Nouri, Brian Kennedy, Guvna B, Matt Redman, Jason Ingram and116. His songs have been heard on major networks and streaming platforms including Netflix, HULU, ESPN, Facebook, NBC, FOX and more. Collectively, the bodies of work that Cravity has worked on as an artist and songwriter have garnered over 1 billion+ streams from around the world. His earlier radio single "Believe" garnered Cravity his first top 5 hit at radio peaking at #4. The Heaven EP also garnered 2 Dove Award nominations.
Throughout the years, Cravity has joined several national tours opening for music's finest such as Mercy Me, Natalie Grant, and Jeremy Camp on the summer lights tour. He also was direct support for fellow labelmate Crowder on the American Prodigal Tour.
