Bestselling Author Laine Lawson Craft Offers Parents a Battle Plan to Bring Back their Prodigal Children
Parenting has always been hard, but it's even harder in today's dark world. Children are bombarded with technology, pressures, and substances that can lead to devastating repercussions for not only the child, but also their family. So how are parents equipping themselves to protect their children from succumbing to this obvious spiritual attack? What can parents do to bring their children back when they continue making self-destructive life choices?
Laine Lawson Craft's new book, The Parent's Battle Plan: Warfare Strategies to Win Back Your Prodigal (Chosen Books), is available March 14, 2023, and offers parents a tried-and-true spiritual battle plan for navigating this difficult season of life.
Craft gives hope through real-life experience, sharing her own story of praying three very wayward prodigal children home and reminding parents that they're not alone in their journeys.
"I realized that what I was doing as a parent wasn't working," said Craft. " It seemed that my emotional pleas, rules, and religion weren't helping me bring my children back to who I knew they were. I made it my mission to partner with God at a whole new level and created a new way of parenting-one that would bring my children back home and heal our family. And now I'm sharing all I learned in hopes that other parents can bring their children back from the depths so they too can be whole, healed, and free."
The Parent's Battle Plan helps parents discover how to:
- handle the emotional roller coaster of trust
- deal with your children's self-destructive choices
- pray, emboldened by God's promises
- fight for your child's destiny
Through the battles, Laine has found herself in the darkest depths, and has dedicated her life to equipping parents with the tools necessary to fight the dark world at war with their wayward children and, ultimately, find peace.
