Graham Kenderick Celebrates 50 Years in Ministry & Shares Some Highlights

Worship music veteran Graham Kenderick celebrates his 50th year as a recording artist this year. Known for songs such as "Shine Jesus Shine," "Knowing You Jesus" and "The Servant King," Kenderick's songs have shaped and continues to be shape modern contemporary worship.
This year, Kenderick celebrated in many ways but particular highlights were:
- a Live in London concert at the church he grew up in,
- the release a 4 song EP that featured a new recording of Simon's Song (Footsteps on the Sea),
- a TBNUK special programme featuring those songs and lots of friends,
- a song collaboration for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee,
- a Prom Praise performance at the Royal Albert Hall.
Kendrick has also released this brand new EP this year. Where It Began EP takes Kendrick back to the days of narrative story telling, when coffee bars and folk clubs were his venue of choice and communicating the message of Jesus came through the 6 strings of his acoustic guitar and the crafted lyrics of his songs.
Where it Began also features the soaring vocals of Lurine Cato MBE and the soothing tones of Lucy Grimble. Produced by Jake Isaac, Where it Began is a fresh step on a journey that has taken Graham to places he never would have dreamed of in 1972.
Where it Began is available on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon and all the usual streaming and download platforms now.
