Mitch Wong to Release Debut EP "Bloom" This Friday
Acclaimed songwriter Mitch Wong will be releasing his debut EP this Friday. Bloom features 5 new songs with lyrics that are bound in scripture.Wong believes that nothing can uplift a heart or transform a life like the Word of God does. Born in Australia, Mitch grew up with a dream to use his lyrical and musical abilities to encourage those around him and lead them into relationship with Jesus.
Two of the songs on the new EP feature the vocal contributions of worship leader Lindy Cofer. Wong writes, "Honestly, just wait until you hear Lindy on `The Fields Are Ready'... I was a puddle when I first listened. Cannot wait to share this with you."

Having recently relocated to Nashville with his wife Steph, Mitch continues to write music and has written for artists including Chris Tomlin, Darlene Zschech, Kari Jobe, Matt Redman, Kim Walker-Smith, Cody Carnes, Jesus Culture, Planetshakers, David & Nicole Binion, Paul Baloche and Lincoln Brewster.
