Ginny Owens is at the Joni and Friends Camps & Offers New Music

Gospel Music Association's 2000 New Artist of the Year Ginny Owens is currently in Birmingham, AL. She will be the special speaker at two of the Joni and Friends camps this summer. Joni and Friends is built on Biblical truth and the foundation of Jesus Christ. Since 1979, they have been advancing disability ministry and changing the church and communities around the world.
The Joni and Friends International Disability Center (IDC) serves as the administrative center for ministry programs and locations across the United States which provide outreach to thousands of families impacted by disability around the globe. They present the Gospel of Jesus Christ through all of their programs around the world. They train, disciple, and mentor people affected by disability to exercise their gifts of leadership and service in their churches and communities. They also energize the church to move from lack of awareness of people impacted by disability to including everyone into the fabric of worship, fellowship, and outreach.
"I hope your summer is off to a fabulous start-and not too hot!," Owens sends her greetings. "I arrived in Birmingham, AL on Tuesday evening to be a part of two Joni and Friends camps taking place, and I couldn't believe how delightfully cool it was here. And as before, I also can't believe all the amazing work God is doing in the lives of folks with disabilities, their families, and the ones who serve them during camp."
Moreover, Owens has recently released her new single "Greater Still" and her new EP Expressions 1: Radiant. Integrity Music is offering "Greater Still" as a free download through today, and you can also get transposable chord charts for free.
