Matthew West, Tasha Page-Lockhart, Carrie Underwood and Tauren Wells Offer Father's Day Tributes

Father's Day is a day where we pass to give thanks to God for the various fathers in our lives. We give thanks to God for being our loving heavenly Father who has had not held back his best for his children. In giving to us Jesus to die for us so that we can have an everlasting relationship with Him, you can't a better father than our God. We also give thanks to our earthly fathers, whether it is our biological and/or those who have nurtured us along life's journeys. Many Christian music artists have also spent this day reflecting, here are some of their tributes.
1. Matthew West
On Father's Day I'm thinking about 3 things:
1. My dad. He has always been in my corner. Believing in me, cheering me on, encouraging me, and most importantly praying for me. He's been a faithful follower of Jesus and I'm thankful for the indelible mark he's left on my life today. Happy Father's Day, Dad! I love you.
2. My children. From the moment I held my daughters in my arms for the first time, I knew being their dad would far outweigh any other pursuit I could chase after. I love you Lulu and Delaney! You = Joy.
3. My Heavenly Father. I'm thankful for the perfect love of a savior who calls me his child. 1 John 3:1
Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!
2. Tasha Page-Lockhart:
Happy Father's Day to a man who hasn't missed one important day in my life. You've always been there for me and all of your children. Thank you for never pretending and showing me that I don't have to be perfect but always sincere. You are a true example of strength and humility. Thank you for coming to every talent show, competition, basketball game, birthday party, baby shower and walking me down the isle. Thanks for the cookies, flowers and cakes on Valentine's Day. You set a standard in our lives as to how a man should treat us. I'm truly grateful to have you in my life and I honor you today and every day.
3. Carrie Underwood:
I am beyond blessed to have two amazing fathers in my life...my own, of course, and the father of my boys. And today I thank my perfect Father in heaven for them both! I love you, Dad and @mfisher1212 ! And #HappyFathersDay to all the dads out there! #Blessed
4. Tauren Wells:
Happy Father's Day to this legendary Dad! I used to tell my friends that my Dad could beat their dad up and it wasn't just hype! lol However, over the years my Dad has shown me that true strength is choosing others over yourself, a personal walk with Jesus, and compassion for others. HFD, Dad!
