HTC's New Smart Watch : Could These Be HTC's First Smart Watch
HTC is rumored to be working on their own new smart watch. Well, this doesn't come as a surprise considering the fact that other companies like Samsung and LG have already released smart watches of their own and are currently in the market. It only makes sense why HTC would also want to have their very own gadget in the market too.
From recent posts by @evleaks it looks like HTC is designing its upcoming wearable watch and according to the pictures the new HTC smart watch will have a square watch face and will also have a metallic strap that will make it have a more premium feel instead of plastic or rubber straps.
@evleaks have noted on the other hand that this is an artist's reproduction of the watch. This means that the images we have seen may not be the official press rendering. @evleaks on the other hand however does not confirm that it is a 100% faithful reproduction which means that the watch is based on what we have already seen. Even though it is not yet official it seems like it could be really close to the real thing.
The bezel does look slimmer than what you see on the G Watch or Gear Live. The metal bands are replaceable even with the band being metallic and all. It does seem like HTC are trying to keep up with their metal aesthetic.
We are not yet sure when it will be released or how much it will go for assuming this is real and that it is actually in production. There is also no information on its specs and features.
