Austin & Lindsey Adamec Testify About their Faith in New Song "As for Me and My House"

In partnership with Integrity Music, husband / wife duo, Austin & Lindsey Adamec have released their brand new single "As for Me and My House." The song testifies about the couple's commitment to Jesus despite the pressures and anxieties associated with the current pandemic. Brimming with lots of faith-filled lines, the couple sing:
Let our foundation be/Built on Your majesty/Let every word You speak/Fill this home Jesus, our cornerstone/The anchor for our souls /Your glory will be shown/ By our love
The song is taken from their forthcoming live album. "On February 9th, we recorded our first ever live project from the confines of our home with over a hundred people that we call family and not a clue about the forthcoming Covid 19 crisis and shelter-in-place orders. All we knew is that our single-story house was rattling with shouts of deliverance as atheists, bartenders, business leaders, worship pastors, and children alike found their cure.
A new sound emerged as we stumbled upon the fruition of our 2015 mission statement: "Celebrating life in the presence of God." Nothing is hidden. Everything is up for His taking. Sunday is just as devoted as every other day. What you see in church is an overflow of what's created in the house. We dine together, we laugh together, we embrace confrontation in love, we create music and we celebrate God's goodness with whoever walks through that front door. If we want church to be authentic again, we need to bring church back into the darkest rooms of our homes and watch Faith do its work again. Our only desire is to help you take a step of faith in repurposing your home for the presence of Jesus!"
Worship leader, multi-instrumentalist and singer/songwriter Austin Adamec and acclaimed vocalist, songwriter and former 1 Girl Nation member Lindsey Adamec released their self-titled debut EP in March 2016 amidst wide critical acclaim. Featured at the Evangelical Press Association's 2016 conference and on JUCE TV, Worship Leader says the duo's "well-crafted worship songs" and "sweet harmonies blend flawlessly." Jesus Wired adds that their EP is an "incredible breath of fresh air for worship music" while NewReleaseToday.com calls their music "powerfully honest worship" and CCM Magazine compares their "Walk on Waves" single to "Hillsong United's uber-popular Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)."
With all their songs telling the story of personal and spiritual victory and celebrating the presence of God, Lindsey shares, "We're just worship leaders from Jacksonville, Florida, who love to sing together, who are married, and who enjoy proclaiming all God is doing in our lives. If we're going to write about His presence, we have to go there. You can't take people where you haven't been."
