Check Out Planetshakers' New Single "Rain Your Glory Down"

Internationally recognized praise band Planetshakers releases "Rain Your Glory Down" today (July 12) at iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Google Play and more digital and streaming outlets globally from Venture3Media (V3M). Leading the song live today at Planetshakers Conference in Cape Town, South Africa, the band recorded the song during the annual conference held in April this year at Melbourne Arena in Melbourne, AU.
"'Rain Your Glory Down' is a song written with the desire for a personal encounter with God's glory," reveals Planetshakers Church Sr. Pastor and worship leader Sam Evans, who leads the song. "In His glory there is all we need, and so a release of His glory over our lives will see healing, freedom, provision and so much more of God's kingdom released. For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea."
"Imagine living in the overflow and abundance of God's glory!" exclaims Joshua Brown of Planetshakers. "The unattainable made possible through Jesus Christ; answered prayers, lasting joy, peace and so much more. When we encounter God's glory, we forget the ups and downs of life. We trade all that uncertainty for God's best for us: heaven on earth.
"As Pastor Russell Evans has said, 'When our praise and worship goes up, God's glory and presence comes down,'" continues Brown. "It's our prayer that this new song stirs and awakens those who not only listen, but join with us in lifting up the Name of Jesus, to experience an encounter with God's glory that will undoubtably change their life forever."
Pastor Sam also led the song as it was broadcast live during the conference via the Daystar Television Network. This marks the fifth consecutive year that Planetshakers has partnered with Daystar to exclusively air its conference on the network to millions in over 180 countries around the world.
The new song follows the release of "Fall On Me" and is the second single from Planetshakers' Rain Part 3 set to hit retail and streaming outlets Aug. 9. The new EP, like both Rain Part 2 (released in April) and Rain Part 1 (released in January), features Pastor Sam along with worship leaders Joth Hunt, Aimee Evans, BJ Pridham, Rudy Nikkerud, Chelsi Nikkerud and more.
Taking the new music, favorites like "The Anthem," "Endless Praise" and "Turn It Up," and songs from its acclaimed, top-selling fall 2018 Heaven On Earth album to audiences around the globe, Planetshakers will be in Cape Town, South Africa today and tomorrow. The band wrapped-up a tour earlier this year with Franklin Graham followed by April's Planetshakers Conferences and events in Germany, France, Norway and Hungary.
