Kirk Franklin Makes Chart History with 5 Simultaneous #1s

This week, fourteen-time GRAMMY® Award winning artist, songwriter and producer, Kirk Franklin makes music history. Franklin is the first artist to simultaneously top all five Billboard gospel charts: Top Gospel Albums, Hot Gospel Songs, Gospel Airplay, Gospel Streaming Songs and Gospel Digital Song Sales.
Franklin is at #1 on Top Gospel Albums with his new album Long Live Love. The new record's lead single, "Love Theory," leads the streaming-, airplay- and sales-based Hot Gospel Songs chart for a 19th week. It tops Gospel Airplay for an eighth week and Gospel Streaming Songs for a second week.
On Billboard's Gospel Digital Song Sales, the new album's newest "OK" is also at the highest position.
In speaking to Billboard, Franklin says, "I am extremely grateful that after all of these years I still have a chance to reach people with my music. I'm humbled by the historic moment."
