'The Prince' Movie Starring Bruce Willis Releases First Trailer, Opens August 2014, Watch Here (VIDEO)
Bruce Willis is back with the new action movie The Prince directed by Brian A. Miller II. They have just released their first trailer for the upcoming film, which you can watch above.
Bruce Willis plays bad guy Omar, who seems to make a huge mistake by kidnapping Jason Patric's daughter (Speed 2). The father, a retired assassin is drawn back into the life he gave up and will cross the country and do everything to find his child.
The actors are supported by John Cusack (Maps to the Stars), Jessica Lowndes ("90210") and rapper/producer/actor Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson.
Filming took place in Mobile, Alabama in and around The Battle House Hotel and the adjoining RSA Battle House Tower. Bruce Willis completed his scenes on December 3rd, 2013, followed by Rain and Jason Patric who completed their initial scenes on December 6th. Filming resumed in Mobile on December 15th with John Cusack and Jason Patric.
The Prince was made by production companies Grindstone Entertainment Group, Aperture Entertainment, Emmett/Furla Films and Oasis Films. The movie will be distributed by Lionsgate and was made on a $10 million budget
The first Taken movie has become the standard for kidnapping films in the last decade. This seems to have the same feel in which a father tries to find his daughter by killing everyone and making everything around him explode.
Does this movie interest you or is the concept not original enough? The Prince will open to theaters in the U.S. on August 22nd.
