Lady Gaga Health Update: Singer Posts Prayer Photo, Says She Is “Getting’ Stronger Everyday”

After canceling her European shows as part of her “Joanne” world tour, Lady Gaga posted an update for her fans, assuring them that she has been feeling better in the past days. The “Bad Romance” songstress was forced to postpone upcoming shows due to chronic pain.
Taking to Twitter, Lady Gaga wrote: “Gettin' stronger everyday for my #LittleMonsters can't wait to get back on stage & be w u at JoanneWorldTour.”
Earlier in September, the singer-songwriter announced through an Instagram post that she will be canceling a number of shows. “I have always been honest about my physical and mental health struggles. Searching for years to get to the bottom of them. It is complicated and difficult to explain, and we are trying to figure it out,” Lady Gaga wrote while sharing a photo of herself with rosary beads in her hands.
The six-time Grammy award winner also suffers from fibromyalgia.
“As I get stronger and when I feel ready, I will tell my story in more depth and plan to take this on strongly so I can not only raise awareness, but expand research for others who suffer as I do, so I can help make a difference,” the “Born This Way” singer shared.
According to Us, Lady Gaga has already received outpouring public support from her fans and followers, who she refers to “little monsters.” Even singer Beyoncé showed her support to her fellow performer by sending flowers and an Ivy Park sweatshirt from her own clothing line.
“I am looking forward to touring again soon, but I have to be with my doctors right now so I can be strong and perform for you all for the next 60 years or more. I love you so much,” the “A Star Is Born” actress added.
Lady Gaga’s documentary on Netflix, titled “Gaga: Five Foot Two,” reveals the pop diva’s battle with chronic pain. She shared how she experienced muscle spasms caused by hip injury that eventually forced her to postpone shows during her 2013’s “Born This Way Ball” tour. The 31-year-old performer also cancelled a performance for Brazil’s Rock in Rio music festival after being rushed to the hospital for severe pain.
