CeCe Winans Returns With #1 Debut On Billboard Gospel Albums Chart

After a near decade-long hiatus, ten-time GRAMMY winner CeCe Winans returns, debuting atop the Billboard Gospel Albums Chart with her "finest and most eclectic work to date" (Garden & Gun), 'Let Them Fall In Love.' The record's lead single "Never Have To Be Alone" has already climbed to number four on the Billboard Hot Gospel Songs Chart.
'Let Them Fall In Love' is "retro, gospel and rootsy" (Atlanta Journal Constitution) -- a diversion from the multiplatinum-selling artist's previous work. It dances with horns, strings and pianos from the Nashville String Machine and features fellow Detroit-born legends The Clark Sisters. CeCe's son Alvin Love III co-produced the Motown-inspired throwback with her longtime collaborator Tommy Sims (Garth Brooks, Michael McDonald, Bonnie Raitt).
Cece will appear as a guest on both The Real and Hallmark Channel's Home & Family on Thurs., Feb. 16, and she'll participate in the Love Rocks NYC! concert alongside William Bell, Gary Clark Jr., Mavis Staples and many others at the Beacon Theatre on Thurs., Mar. 9.
Her soul-stirring Austin City Limits performance brought the Moody Theater to their feet countless times and earned multiple standing ovations over the course of five songs. Watch it here: pbs.org/video/2365941503.
