Statler Brother's Jimmy Fortune Taking His New Hymns Album on the Road
Statler Brothers member Jimmy Fortune will be taking his new Hymns and Hits on the road this year (see tour dates below). The tour will also include the 13th annual Jimmy Fortune Country Music Cruise in July, where fans will get an up-close and personal experience, while exploring the beautiful scenery of Alaska.
The country chart-topper will hit the road to promote his latest album, Hits & Hymns, which recently became his first solo Top Ten on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart in 2015. The album features collaborations with some of music's top vocalists, including Vince Gill, The Isaacs, Dailey & Vincent, The Oak Ridge Boys and more.
Hits & Hymns is available at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store®locations, iTunes, Amazon, and music retailers nationwide.
The Country Music Hall of Fame member will also be featured on "The Dailey & Vincent Show" on January 23, for a very special re-airing. The 30-minute program appears weekly on RFD-TV (check local listings here). In addition to Fortune's performance, the spectacle will also feature other guest segments, cooking and a whole lot of humor.
Fortune is also pleased to announce additional airings of the Bill Gaither hosted TV special "Jimmy Fortune: Hits & Hymns." The program is also available on DVD, and has been a major success for the "Elizabeth" singer. The set debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Music Video (DVD) chart upon release, becoming Fortune's first solo No. 1. Fans are taken on a roller coaster ride in the popular special, with the singer/songwriter's encouraging story about how he overcame all of the odds to become one of the most in-demand singers in the business. In addition to airing already on RFD-TV, Heartland, DISH TV, and Hope TV, the special will re-air on CTS on January 23 at 3:30 and 4:00 PM (check local listings). More dates/times will be added for February and March.
