Jesus Culture's Chris Quilala Has a New Baby Girl Amidst New Album Recording

The Jesus Culture family has a brand new member! Lead worship leader of the Christian worship team Chris Quilala and his wife Alyssa Quilala have a brand new baby girl. The name of the baby is Liv Mercedes Quilala who was born a little premature. Both mother and daughter are now doing fine.
On Facebook, Chris writes: "Meet, Liv Mercedes Quilala! She was born at 12:52AM this morning. 4lbs2oz, 16, 3/4". She came to us fast(33 weeks) and Alyssa had to have an emergency C-Section. She is currently in the NICU but doing just fine and progressing well:) Thanks to everyone for praying for us! She's beautiful! "
Meanwhile, Jesus Culture is currently recording their forthcoming live album of original songs. Lead singer Kim Walker-Smith reveals: "Yesterday was our 2nd Sunday of recording the new @jesusculture album. Love recording these new songs at our church!"
She further comments on the recording night: "So thankful for a home church filled with a family of worshippers. We had an incredible 1st night of recording!"
Jesus Culture is a global movement, awakening hearts to worship and demonstrate the love and power of God wherever we go. They are passionate to see campuses, cities and nations transformed and they have a mandate: to raise, equip, and mobilize those who were coming to fulfill the call of God on their lives. They do this through the ministry of conferences, events, worship, campus ministries, curriculums, resources and now a local church. Jesus Culture is continuing to grow in bringing young people into encounters with Jesus and equipping them to minister His heart to a broken world.
