Carroll McGruder is Still Not Well Despite Treatments for Cancer

Carroll McGruder of the Southern Gospel group the McGruders is still not well. McGruder has been diagnosed as having lymphoma throughout his body. Doctors in St. Louis this week reported that his body has not responded well to numerous months of chemotherapy and have now at least temporarily discontinued a stem cell replacement therapy.
Carroll McGruder will likely return to Methodist Hospital in Memphis next week for additional chemotherapy treatments. Regardless of his health status, Carroll remains upbeat and has faith that God will provide a miracle! He and his family are so grateful for your continued love, prayers and concern. Please continue to include him in your prayers! Cards and letters can be sent to: Rev. Carroll McGruder, PO Box 764, Kennett, MO 63587.
Carroll McGruder, Priscilla McGruder and Denny Autry are part of the Gospel music group the McGruders. For the past 15, the McGruders have gained recognition for their music ministry, which is founded in faith, fashioned by anointing, and fueled by spiritual fire.
From the farmlands of Indiana in the 70's through Idaho and on to Missouri, the McGruders goal has always remained the same "to lift up Jesus Christ through the message of the song."
