The Dead Weather New Album Coming 2015, Release New Song "Buzzkill(er)", Listen Here (VIDEO)
The Dead Weather's long awaited new album is releasing in 2015 and they have released another new song online for the fans to check out. The song is called "Buzzkill(er)", which you can check out above.
There will be two tracks "Buzzkill(er)" and "It's Just Too Bad" available for purchase digitally worldwide on November 4th. The singles are released as part of Third Man Record's Vault subscription series. Earlier this year we got to hear both "Open Up (That's Enough)" and "Rough Detective".
The Dead Weather formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2009. The supergroup band is made up of Alison Mosshart (of The Kills and Discount), Jack White (of formerly The White Stripes and The Raconteurs), Dean Fertita (of Queens of the Stone Age) and Jack Lawrence (of The Raconteurs, The Greenhornes and City and Colour).
They debuted at the opening of Third Man Records' Nashville headquarters on March 11, 2009. This was their first live public performance before releasing their debut single "Hang You from the Heavens".
They have released two full length albums. Horehound was released on July 14, 2009 and the band's second studio album, Sea of Cowards, was released first in Ireland on May 7, 2010, then on May 10 and 11 in the United Kingdom and the United States, respectively.
Jack White can never seem to get enough music. He jumps in and out of his different bands always looking to create new music and new sounds. The Dead Weather is particular entertaining for White fans because this is the only band that he plays drums for, so they get to experience a different side of him live.
