'Angry Birds Transformers' Is On iOS & Android, Very Soon On Amazon
The "Angry Birds Transformers was released on Apple Store the previous weeks and Rovio Entertainment- its development studio, has also released its famous crossover game for Android last Oct. 20.
"Angry Birds Transformers" is Angry Bird library's tenth game, putting together the familiar and popular gameplay with brand new visuals of the stylized 1980 Transformers cartoon version. This is a shoot-them-up, side-rolling action game, which allows you to fling the characters at specific points to make a target tower collapse. The fewer flings it'll need to collapse a tower, the more points it'll reward you.
You will act as the Deceptihogs and Autobirds, a game on the "Decepticons and Autobots", to capture the Evil Eggspark and destroy the towers. During the launch, three episodes were released, namely: Desert, Forest, and Beach. Several others are still to come.
The franchise is not a stranger to copyright crossovers that which includes everything from Rio, a movie from the 20th Century Fox, and Star Wars. Angry Birds have enjoyed an overwhelming success and has grown its market even more with the introduction of their TV show, comics, and toys. They even have an upcoming animated 3D movie produced by Sony Pictures.
The "Angry Birds Transformers" has, so far, followed the successful footsteps of its siblings through earning positive reviews from thousands of critics. Their version in the iOS has gathered a 71/100 Metracritic score in the first week, only.
Shaun Musgrave of Touch Arcade revealed in their own review, "If you've loved Angry Birds or Transformers, you will definitely get a few hours of fun out of the game." He added, "Aside from that, you are going to need a lot of patience for grinding coins and timers."
Stuart Dredge of The Guardian, on the other hand, presented the Angry Birds Transformers' pros. According to him, "The good news about the game is: Angry Birds Transformers was able to capture the thrills that most people's childish part in them are nurtured well, while introducing a brand new mechanic to the Angry Birds' gameplay.
The "Angry Birds Transformers" is a mobile game, which is at present for iOS android only. This is to be released for Amazon on Nov. 4.
