Sony Z3v: Essential Things You Should Know

Sony Z3v: Essential Things You Should Know
Sony is having a hard time marketing their phones in United States. Although Sony is one of the elite companies that gains profit from making Android phones behind its global market, Sony’s credibility in US has been affected by their delayed launches and buying policy. For example, if somebody wants to buy Sony smartphone like the Z1 and Z2, costumers are required to be T-mobile client, or purchase the unlocked device on a full retail price, six months after it was made available in other store.
The birth of Sony Xperia Z3 started to deal with this problem. The Z3, now being sold in global market and might beat the T-mobile soon, while Version will have a special option called the Z3v.
Sony Xperia Z3v appears have an obviuos resemblance with Z3 when it comes to processor, display, and camera. However, it is somehow different in few significant ways: it does not look like the latest design of Z3, and it does not have any metal. As a result, it appears to be more like the old Z2 than the recent Z3.
Since 2011’s Xperia Play, the Z3v is the only Sony Smartphone whom Verizon customers had accesed. Accordingly, among the Sony’s phone, the Z3v represents to be the best when it comes to internal features.
For some Verizon costumers, the Z3 represents a greater innovation for Sony smartphone. It looks nicer and more convenient to use because it isofter, thinner, and rounder compared to Z1 and Z2.
However, the new Z3v failed to have those kind of design enhancement. Basically, it looks like Z2 with a slightly better processor. The Z2’s size and edge makes it a little inconvenient phone to handle and Z3v’s wider dimensions makes it more uncomfortable.
Instead of metal, the borders are plastic and it has a square edges instead of rounded. Despite the fact that Z3 represents the 2014 modern smartphone, the Z3v appears like an old design from the previous year.
Although it is not sure why Z3v do not have similar design with the Z3, it has some improve features like wireless charging and still keeps its water resistant capabilities, including its USB port annoying cover.
Like the Z3, it’s a great thing for the Z3v to have a 5.2 inch, 1080p display with excellent resulotion, satisfactory brightnes and nice viewing features. Though its not the finest resolution you can have it stil has precise colors and works great outdoors.
The Z3v runs similar a software based on Android 4.4 Kitkat like Z3.
Unluckily, Verizon install the Z3v with unnecessary apps and bloatware, like the Kobo e-book reader app and Amazon Kidle app.
Unfortunately, some of this proloaded app can’t be remove. Though it can “disabled” to be able to hide it from the view and keep them from running, its still inside the phone and consumes space in memory. However, it should not bothered the users because Z3v has 32GB internal storage which can provide large room for disabled apps.
