Xperia Z now Equipped wih MultiROM; One Plus One and LG G2 Also Powered by the Android Modification Software
Devices with android operating systems are seen as "a home with 24/7 gates open." This is because compared to Apple products, which has an end-to-end process, Android gadgets are powered with an open system that is highly flexible and adaptable to improvements.
With thousands of new games, videos, and apps, Android Origin cited that flashing brand new custom ROM's has become a hobby for Android users. But doing so requires a lot of time and this phenomena almost ended when MultiROM was introduced.
MultiROM is an Android modification developed by XDA. This improvement has been recently release for an equally high-caliber gadget, Xperia Z. It is said that MultiROM has the ability to make gadgets like Xperia Z 'very powerful'.
As the software boosts devices' flexibility and expandability, MutiROM allows the users to boot any Android ROM and permits the device owner to boot from a USB. These additional features will probably make Xperia Z a better device.
Sony Xperia Z has a 5 inch display screen with 1080 x 1920 resolution. It is a smartphone powered by quad-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm processor. The device is also equipped with 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable memory capacity and 13.1MP rear camera.
Combine a powerful tool with equally brilliant software - tech consumers will definitely have a great user experience inside the Android world.
Aside from Xperia Z, LG G2 is another device that MultiROM has recently supported according to International Business Times. The software developers, XDA, said in an interview that "unofficial MultiROM port comes courtesy of XDA Senior Member patrik.KT, who brought Tasssadar's multiboot solution to the LG G2."
On the other hand, the MultiROM software present in LG G2 is still in its "alpha state," which means users cannot be too confident in storing important data in their device. The best thing to do is to back-up their files so that they can still retrieve information in case something went wrong.
The software, originally created by Tassadar, is initially the official software for Nexus series during 2012 and 2013. However, because it is in the Android open world, it is now ported to ASUS Transformer, HTC Droid DNA, HTC One m7 and X, LG Optimus series, Moto G and E, and Galaxy 4.
The recent additions of Xperia Z, One Plus One, and LG G2 on the long list of device supported by the powerful MultiROM software are good news for the Android fans.
