Lizzie Morgan Releases “Let The Alabaster Break” Ahead of Debut Album

Acclaimed worship leader and singer-songwriter Lizzie Morgan has unveiled her latest single, "Let The Alabaster Break," a poignant and heartfelt worship anthem that delves into themes of surrender and devotion. This release serves as a prelude to her highly anticipated debut album, Not My Will, set to launch on August 22, 2025.
"Let The Alabaster Break" draws inspiration from the biblical narrative of Mary of Bethany, who anointed Jesus with costly perfume, symbolizing total surrender and worship. The song encapsulates this profound act of devotion, inviting listeners to offer their own lives as a fragrant offering to God.
Morgan shares. "There's something both sacred and nostalgic about this song; it moves me every time I hear it. My prayer is that, as people listen, they're reminded of the beauty and power in fully pouring themselves out at the feet of Jesus. There's truly nothing more important we'll ever do in this life than that."
Lizzie Morgan's journey in music began at her grandparents' church, Celebration of Life Church in Hendersonville, TN, where she cultivated her passion for worship. Her professional career took off in 2017 when she provided background vocals for Lauren Daigle. Since then, she has collaborated with notable groups like Maverick City Music and Seasons Collective, and formed the worship duo WILDER with Stefan Cashwell.
Currently, Morgan leads worship at both Celebration of Life Church in Hendersonville, TN, and Redemption Church in San Jose, CA. Her upcoming Alabaster Box Tour will bring the themes of her new music to life, offering audiences an immersive worship experience.
"Let The Alabaster Break" is now available on all major streaming platforms. For more information on Lizzie Morgan, her music, and tour dates, visit www.lizziemorganmusic.com.
